This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") is part of the Terms of Service. It states how PINDEX approaches speech and what is hard-banned. Breaking this AUP can lead to content removal, feature locks, or account bans.
PINDEX is a free-speech oriented network. We are not interested in cancel-culture enforcement against non-harmful ideas. Disagreement, satire, dark humor, lewd jokes, and offensive comedy are allowed. Unpopular opinions are not a ban reason by themselves.
You may not use PINDEX to promote, recruit for, organize, fund, or coordinate these ideologies or movements:
These three are the ideology/org hard lines we care about for removal and bans. Criticizing them, documenting them, or discussing history is not the same as promoting them.
All racism is disgusting and equally bad. PINDEX does not treat racism against one group as more serious or more protected than racism against another. There is no preferred-victim hierarchy here.
That said, people may make racist jokes, crude comments, and edgy speech. Jokes and talk are speech. What we reject is the idea that some racism is "acceptable" while other racism is uniquely sacred. Serious racial harassment campaigns, threats, and doxxing remain banned under Section 4.
Third-party posts that appear in Live Feed are not an endorsement. If something violates this AUP when posted by a member, we may still act on member content. Scraped third-party material may be filtered or dropped when practical.
We may warn, remove content, lock features, or ban accounts. We may act on clear AUP violations without a public debate. Appeals, if offered, are at our discretion. Report violations to report@pindex.network.
We may update this AUP. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated AUP.
