Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of PINDEX (the "Service"), operated by Black Chalice LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Acceptable Use Policy.

1. Who may use PINDEX

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. Features that involve real-money bit purchases or Visit Bet require you to be 18 or older. You confirm the age band you select at signup (or later attestation). We do not verify government ID as part of normal signup.

2. Your account

• You are responsible for your credentials and activity on your account.
• Provide accurate registration information and keep it current.
• Do not impersonate others or use reserved/staff-sounding names to deceive.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.

3. The Service

PINDEX is a social network and live gateway including chat, feeds, UserNodes, channels, virtual currency (bits and related units), optional purchases, and games such as Visit Bet. Features may change, pause, or end without notice. Guest browsing may be limited compared to signed-in members.

4. Virtual currency and purchases

Bits and related balances are virtual items for use on PINDEX. They have no cash value outside the Service unless we expressly say otherwise. Purchases (for example via Stripe or PayPal) are generally final except where required by law or where we choose to refund. Adult (18+) attestation is required for purchases and Visit Bet. Do not attempt to circumvent age or purchase controls.

5. Content and free speech

You retain rights to content you post. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, display, distribute, and moderate that content as needed to operate PINDEX. PINDEX is a free-speech oriented platform. Disagreement, unpopular opinions, and offensive humor are not by themselves grounds for removal. Hard limits are described in the Acceptable Use Policy (including communism, Nazism, and ANTIFA organizing/advocacy, plus ordinary safety bans).

6. External and third-party content

Live Feed and related surfaces may show content from third-party sources (for example social platforms via collectors). We do not control those sources. Third-party links and embeds are at your own risk.

7. Moderation

We may remove content, restrict features, or ban accounts for Acceptable Use violations, legal risk, abuse of the Service, or fraud. We are not obligated to monitor all content. Member tools such as block/mute may be available. To report abuse or other complaints, email report@pindex.network.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BLACK CHALICE LLC AND ITS OPERATORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR BITS IN THE THREE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) FIFTY U.S. DOLLARS (US $50).

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Black Chalice LLC from claims arising out of your content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or law.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. Material updates may be noted by version on account records and/or in-product notice.
